What courses do you offer?

How much do the courses cost?
$99 (ninety-nine) Fijian Dollars for 1 subject.
How is the content covered?
The content is covered online through lesson notes and/or curated videos, and hundreds of practice questions at every stage. Please note that we do not provide any face-to-face sessions.
Which syllabus does the content follow?
The Fijian syllabus only.
How do I access the lessons?
To access your courses, sign into your account, hover your mouse over the ‘Subjects’ tab and click on ‘My subjects’. This will show you the subjects you have signed up to.
How do I reset my password?
If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it by clicking the “Forgot Password?” link on the login page. Alternatively, you can contact us and we can manually change it for you.
If you know your password, you can change it by logging into your account, going to your account and changing your password there.
How do I change my login details?
Usernames cannot be changed, however to change other details, login to your account, go to your profile and change your details.
Do you offer a free trial?

What is your returns policy?

Do I need any special software to run Teachme?
Teachme is accessible through all modern browsers; IE (9 and above), Firefox, Chrome – no plugins or downloads are required.
Does Teachme work on all types of devices?
Reading text, videos, exercises and quizzes will play on all mobile devices. .
Where do I report any errors in the course?
Please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, along with a description of the error and screenshots if possible, so that we can send this information through to our course developers to investigate.
